Sports Solutions Designed for Safety & Comfort
Congratulations on your purchase. You now own one of the most advanced identification systems designed by and for athletes. The eSportsID is designed to make your sporting activities safer so you can concentrate on achieving your goals.
1. Insert your new eSportsID into your computer's USB port.
2. When the drive is ready, open the form 'EMERGENCY_INFORMATION_FORM' and fill in all the information that is relevant to you. Remember, fill in everything you want emergency personnel to have/know in the event you are injured and cannot speak for yourself.
3. When you are done filling in the form select 'save' and save the information. It will be saved back to the eSportsID bracelet. (We recommend that you do not change the name of the document). Remove your eSportsID, wait a minute and reinsert to check that your information was properly saved.
4. Print a copy of the information and leave it with a person you trust. Write the persons ten digit phone number, in indelible ink, on the inside of the bracelet in the event care givers are unable to access the information electronically.
5. Wear your eSportID in a conspicuous place so emergency workers can spot it quickly. Places that have the greatest visibility typically are your wrist or in the laces of your shoe.
6. If your eSportID loosens up during use, use the elastic retainer supplied to hold the link closed. Place the elastic around both ends of the oval link while wearing to ensure it stays closed tightly.
Notes: High Tech Sports Gear cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information you enter in the form. We suggest you have someone review the information for you to ensure it is accurate and mistake free. Your eSportsID is water resistant. It can withstand a light sprinkle but prolonged or excessive water exposure will damage the product. Never submerse the product in water. Do not wear while swimming.
Requires any Microsoft supported version of Windows with Microsoft Word 97 or newer.
